Working principle:

            When thermocouple heat, it will generate thermoelectric power, which makes the magnet/solenoid valve work properly.  Specific working principle for the gas appliance is as follows: When you press the knob, a small fire is lit by its flame heating thermocouple, thermoelectric power generation. Thermoelectric power through the wire introducing electromagnetic coil generates a magnetic field pull the magnet/solenoid valve, the gas valve opens, the combustion passage is open, maintain its normal combustion. In the event of high winds or spill soup, etc., putting out the fire, the thermocouple thermoelectric power drops quickly to zero, the coil energized, magnet/solenoid valve failure, rapid reset in spring, the valve closes the gas path, terminate gas supply to ensure safety.

Precautions:
1. Avoid strong impact on the solenoid valve, so as not to affect the performance, reduce the magnetic force of the valve, and affect the normal operation of the valve. Do not use it if it accidentally falls to the ground.
2. When installing the solenoid valve in the valve body, check whether there are foreign objects or liquids on the surface of the valve body and the solenoid valve, keep the solenoid valve dry, and install it vertically into the valve body, otherwise, the contact position of the movable magnet and the fixed magnet will be caused. Errors occur, and the position of the gasket is also misaligned, causing the valve opening current to increase and gas leakage.
3. No oily materials should be applied to the solenoid valve seals.
4. The solenoid valve must be placed in a dry and ventilated warehouse, and it is strictly forbidden to squeeze it. The unassembled part after opening the box must be packaged and put back to avoid moisture or falling.
